Dentocrafts

1,000+ orders through a working dental platform.

Dentocrafts connects dental practices and laboratories around the work of placing, producing, shipping, and tracking orders. With Super Rad leading design and development, the beta supports more than 100 active users and has handled over 1,000 orders in a real working environment.

In daily use

A beta handling real orders.

Dentocrafts is being used to ship and track dental orders in an actual working environment. The product is still in beta, with a user base and order history already established.

in operational use

Supporting real shipping and order tracking while development continues.

Give each team a clear view of the work.

A dental order passes through different people and stages. The practice needs to submit the right details and follow progress. The lab needs to plan production, track the case, and get the finished work out the door.

The design challenge was to connect those workflows while giving each team an interface suited to its daily tasks. Super Rad’s role spans lead product design and development, connecting the screen-level decisions to the behavior of the application.

The product

Connected workflows, from submission to dispatch.

Structured case submission

A guided new-case flow brings together patient and lab selection, products, teeth and shade, instructions, files, and a persistent order summary.

Practice operations

Patient records, appointments, quotes, and lab orders sit within a shared workspace. A Today view surfaces attention items, case progress, and the day's schedule.

Lab production and tracking

The lab dashboard puts production counts and the dispatch week up front. Department tracking, scan/search tools, forecasts, and capacity views support the work behind each order.

Case communication and records

Messages, attachments, approvals, and change requests keep discussions connected to the case. Pickups and invoicing extend the workflow beyond production.

The updated interface

Make the next task easy to find.

The latest UI uses charcoal navigation, white work surfaces, green accents, and a consistent type hierarchy. Compact rows, clear section dividers, and persistent detail panels organize dense operational information.

The practice dashboard brings attention items, lab activity, and appointments together. The lab dashboard emphasizes what is in production and what needs to leave this week.

Shared layouts and interface components carry that structure into orders, patient records, clinic setup, and invoicing. The updated design retains the underlying actions and permissions that working teams depend on.

The result

A product already part of the working day.

More than 100 active users and over 1,000 orders give the beta a concrete foundation. Dentocrafts is already supporting the practical work of shipping and tracking orders while its design and development continue.

The project combines product design with application engineering: understanding the workflow, making the interface readable, and carrying those decisions through to working software.

The takeaway

Software built around the people doing the work.

Dentocrafts connects detailed operational workflows with a consistent product experience. If your team needs a tool built around the way it works, let's talk.
